The Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

A tenet at CrossFit Dynamo is always Technique before Intensity.  But Technique may demand proper mobility/flexibility!  So, as part of our onboarding and on-going services to our members, sign up for a free Functional Movement Screening to gauge the following joint movements and primary CrossFit positions:

  • Shoulders,
  • Elbows/Knees,
  • Wrists,
  • Hips, and
  • Ankles

And Specific CrossFit positions:

  • Squat
  • Front Rack
  • Overhead Squat
  • Push-up, and
  • Deadlift.

Based on our findings, we’ll give you homework and/or pre-work with reminders from our mobility videos!

We’ll also be glad to grab your current goals, measurements so that you can gauge your progress!  When we mix it with our monthly benchmarking WoD, you’ll be able to see you body AND your fitness changing right before your eyes!
