CF Dynamo’s 6-Week Challenge!

Our 6-Week Challenge asks you to join us at least 3 times a week for 6-weeks.  We provide the specific coaching, programming, and in class technique / movement cueing to keep everyone safe and healthy.  The 6-Week Challenge is a unique program for people new or out of the habit of exercising, but wanting to get in shape fast!  We also provide Nutritional Guidance and a handy shopping list and cookbook to go with it during the process!  We look for committed members that are ready to do what it takes to make a change!  The first week can be daunting.

Meet Theresa.  She had the courage to keep coming even after her first day although it nearly got the best of her:
