Go Time is 10:45am. We will go until everyone finishes or I get to hungry. Cookout will commence after.
WoD: “Murph” Solo or as a team for time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Rx = unaided and the gymnastics can be partitioned (broken up) as you like
Rx+ = Partitioned with a 20# vest on OR “Hard Style” Finish all of one movement before moving to the next
Rx++ = Vest and Hard Style
MOB: Roll Posterior, Quads and Lats / Lax Shoulders and Pecs
