Benchmark WoD for August 27th, 2014

Group: Warm-up movements and pair up in teams of 2. Decide who will go heat 1 versus heat 2.

WOD: “JT” For time:

21-15-9 reps of:

Handstand push-ups (Heels must finish on the wall for the rep to count)

Ring dips (Shoulders below elbows at the bottom)

Push-ups (Chest to deck, body must be in a firm plank position throughout movement, with only hands, chest and toes on the ground at bottom of movement)

MOB: Roll/Mash Pecs, Lax Pecs
