15’ To Find 1RM Snatch (no press out) (Power or squat is fine)
15’ to Find 1RM Clean and Jerk (Power or squat is fine)
15’ to Find 1RM Bench Press
Score = total of all three maximal lifts
MOB: Roll Posterior, Lax Shoulders/Chest
