Review: Deadlift / Sumo Deadlift

Strength: 15’ to a heavy set of 3 Sumo Deadlift

WOD: 10’ AMRAP

30 DU a/b) 90 singles
10 Deadlifts (225/155)  a) 185/130  b) 135/95

Coach’s notes: You can definitely go out too fast on this bad boy.  Figure out what the last round is going to look like and try to hit that number every round from the start!

MOB: Roll Posterior / Lax Shoulders
