70 Jumping Jacks
60 Mountain Climbers (L+R = 2) Your welcome
50 1-legged Burpees (when you pop up, land on one leg!)
40 Row (Army) Sit-ups (start supine and bring back to vertical with knees to chest)
30 V-ups
20 Alternating Pistol Squats
10 HSPU OR 1 minute plank from elbows

MOB: Stretch Quads / 10 Scorpions each side
