WOD: For time (Cap 20 minutes)

Row 250m while partner chips away at:

60 Push Jerk (from Rack) (135/95) a) 115/80 b) 95/65 c) 30 Jerks
100 Goblet Squats (1.5/1.0 pd) a) 1.0/.75 b) .75/. c) 50 Goblet Squats
20 40’ Sled pull (hand over hand) (135/95) a) 95/65 b) 75/45 c) 10 sled pulls

Once 250m has been rowed, switch jobs, picking up where your partner left off

You can start on any movement, but you must finished that movements total reps before moving to the next

MOB: Roll Quads, Posterior Chain and lats / Lax Shoulders
