Group: Coach’s Choice (uh oh)
WoD: 14’ AMRAP
In teams of 2 or 3,
Teammate #1: runs 200m and then tags teammate
while
Teammate #2: Completes 7 Pull-ups (scale banded or ring rows), and then as many sit-ups as possible before being tagged to run
Comp Scale: C2B and GHDs!
Score = Number of Sit-ups completed
Coach’s Notes: Keep moving quickly, but not so hard that you have to take major rests
MOB: Roll lats and IT Bands
