In teams of 2 or 3, one teammate working at a time, finish this total amount of work each round:

400m Run
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 WBS (20/14) (10/9)

Coach’s Notes: Keep the running and reps moving. Switch out after quick sets (like every other box jump quick) to maximize effort and keep your time on this as short as possible!
