Then: Team Cindy for 5 rounds total for time. Alternating movements. Teammate #1 does 5 pull-ups, #2 does the 10 push-ups, #1 does the 15 air squats, #2 does the 5 pull-ups, etc… until 5 complete Cindy’s have been completed.
Then, the main course:
WoD: As a team, Row a combined 2,500m
Only caveat, your teammate must be holding a bar overhead before you start rowing.
