In Teams of 2: Member 1 does the sled as fast as possible, comes in and tags Member 2, who’s doing burpees. Switch and repeat as many times in 12 minutes.

Teammate #1: 150′ Sled Pull (Down & Back 75′) (65/45)
Teammate #2: Max Burpees
