In teams of 2 or 3
Goblet Squats (1.5/1.0 pd)
KBS (1.5/1.0 pd)
In the first round, do 1 of each movement, alternating movements. So, teammate one does the goblet squats, teammate 2, the KBS, teammate 1 the Grasshoppers. Second Round, do 2 of the movement. Now teammate 2 does 2 Goblet squats, etc…
*At the outset and on the 5, 10, and 15 minute marks, you will stop what you’re doing and run 400m as a team.
MOB: Roll Posterior Chain, Quads / Mash Achilles, calves
