WOD: 20’ AMRAP (In teams of 2)

30 Alternating Box Jumps (One member jumps at a time. Must wait for partner to finish their jump before you can jump again)

3 Partner Tire Flips (Big tire of your choice)
60’ Partner Carry
30 Ring Push-ups
