Skill: 10′ to work on Headstands
WoD: “Don’t Leave Me Hanging” AMRAP of 13 Minutes
Move a stack of weights as a team (one at a time) 30’ but only while your partner hangs from a bar. Each team member will move 2 plates (one at a time) per effort before relieving the teammate left hanging. If partner comes down before you go to relieve them, you both do 5 burpees immediately. A round will be considered as moving the entire stack 30’ away and back.
