10 Air Squats

WoD: For Time:

Run 800m together.  Both teammates need to be at the wall before the first WBS can be performed.

Perform 80 total WBS as a team.  Break them up anyway you want.

Run 600m together.  Both teammates need to be at the wall before the first WBS can be performed.

Perform 60 total WBS as a team.  Break them up anyway you want.

Run 400m together.  Both teammates need to be at the wall before the first WBS can be performed.

Perform 40 total WBS as a team.  Break them up anyway you want.

Score = Time of the last wall ball to touch on the round of 40.

No partner?  Do half the WBS and all the runs!

MOB: Roll quads/posterior  and IT Bands / Mash achilles
