WoD: Rowing Angie

As a team of 2, one person works the gymnastic movements, the other the rower. Switch as necessary.

Row 4,000m
At the same time, complete “Angie” (finish all of one movement before moving to next)

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Air Squats

When both tasks are completed (only one person working the rower or gymnastic movements), Leap frog with your partner for 120’ to finish the WoD and call time!

MOB: Roll quads / lats, Lax Pecs stretch Abs
