Group: Agility Ladder

Strength: 10’ to find 3 RM Strict Press

WOD: 20’ AMRAP (In teams of 2)

30 Alternating Box Jumps (One member jumps at a time. Must wait for partner to finish their jump before you can jump again)
60’ Partner Carry
3 Partner Tire Flips (Big tire of your choice)
60’ Partner Carry
30 Sit-up Medball Pass (both members do sit-ups and pass the ball at the top of the sit-up)

MOB: Roll Posterior / Stretch Abs (Cat Pose)
