WOD: “Deck of Cards”

Do the amount of repetitions for the movement represented by the suit of the card. Face Cards = 10, other cards are their number. For each Joker, both you and your partner will run TOGETHER 400m.

Spades = Sit-ups
Hearts = Air Squats
Clubs = In-place lunges
Diamonds = Push-ups

MOB: Roll Quads / Lax Glutes
