MOB: Hip Openers for improved depth in the squat

Review Sledgehammer Swing, Deck Squats

WOD: 15’ for Reps in teams of 2

1 member of the team will run the 400m while the other does the sledgehammers and deck squats. When the runner gets back, exchange positions and note the cumulative Deck Squats at that point.
