Warm up: Agility Ladder

Review: Push Jerk

WoD: 14’ AMRAP in teams of 2 or 3

Push Jerks (from rack) / 200m Run & 5 T2B

While one member of the team runs 200m and then does 5 T2B (or KTE, or High Knees, or T2KB), the other will be doing reps of Push Jerks picking it up and placing it back on the rack, as necessary.

Score = Total amount of reps * the weight used on the jerk. You cannot change the weight of the jerk, once the WoD has started.

MOB: Roll Posterior and calves / Lax Shoulders
