Goblet Squats (1.5/1.0 pd) a) 1.0/.75 b) .75/.5pd
KBS (1.5/1.0 pd) a) 1.0/.75 b) .75/.5pd
Flutter Kicks (L+R=1)
Note: If you do the squats, partner does the KBS, and you do the flutter kicks. Next round, partner does the squats, you do the KBS (1 extra rep) and they do the flutter kicks, etc…
*At the outset and on the 5, 10, and 15 minute marks, your team will stop what you’re doing and row 500m split between the team…
