WoD: For time: “My Pet Rock”
In teams of 2 (or 3), one team member holds the “rock” (e.g kettlebell, bar, medball, piece of lint, etc..) while the other does work. The rock never touches the ground until the end of the WoD. Take turns holding it as necessary. Make it a little heavy so that you don’t want to hold it for more than a minute or two.
