5 Clean and Jerk (115/80) a) 95/65 b) 75/55
20’ Walking Lunges
10 Air Squats
6 Box Over Burpees

100 DU (total) a/b) 300 Singles

Coach’s Notes: If you partner with a mix (one of you has Double Under), think of your team scoring 300 points. 3 points for every DU, 1 point for every single. Once you start a round in the middle, you must complete before your partner can take over. You do not have to stand tall on top of the box during the burpees.

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain and Quads / Lax Glutes
