WoD: 5 Rounds of 1.5 minutes on each movement with 1.5 minute rest between rounds:

Hang Power Clean (95/65) a) 75/55 b) 65/45

Wall Balls (20/14)  (10/9)  a) 14/12  b) 12/10

Push Press (75/55)  a) 65/45 b) 55/35

Sledgehammer Strikes (16/10)

Score = Total Cals + Total Reps for each team

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain
