In-place Lunge

Handstand Hold

Abmat Sit-ups

Technique:  15′ working on being inverted (handstands, headstands, etc.)

WoD: 8’ AMRAP in teams of 2 or 3

T2B  (High Knees) / 30 DU (90 Singles) & 12 Walking Lunges (L+R=2)IMG_0587[1]

While one member of the team completes 30 DUs and then does 12 Walking Lunges, the other will be doing reps of T2B.

Score = Total amount of reps for the team

Cash Out: Memory WoD (You won’t believe this one!) It does involve burpees, unfortunately.

MOB: Lax Glutes and Shoulders / Mash achilles
