WOD: EMOM using 1 bar:

Minute 1: 5 Power Snatch (115/80) Comp (135/95) + 5 T2B
Minute 2: 10 cal row
Minute 3: 5 Power Clean and Jerk + 5 T2B
Minute 4: 10 Cal row
Minute 5: 5 Front Squat (from ground) + 5 T2B
Minute 6: 10 Cal Row
Repeat.
