Daily WoD

Upward ladder of Power Snatches

1 Power Snatch
5 Bar Facing Burpees
2 Power Snatches
5 Bar Facing Burpees

Continue doing one more snatch every round, but keep the burpees at 5 constantly every round.

Score = total # of power snatches * weight used.

Coach’s Notes
You cannot change the load on the bar once the clock starts. Choose wisely young grasshoppers!
