WOD: Break up however you want, but do a total of:

Comp: 2 Miles and 120 Burpees to Bumper
Rx: 1.5 Miles and 90 Burpees
A: 1 Mile and 60 Burpees
B: .5 Mile and 30 Burpees

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain
