Review:  Rowing technique

WoD: For 7 Rounds:
On the 2’ mark:
Row 200m, then
Burpee over Rower/Bar (facing)
Score = Total # Burpees

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain / Lax Pecs

Coach’s Tip: Remember to reset the rower after every row just in case we’re sharing.  If we’re sharing due to large classes, set up a bar to do your burpees over.
