40 Double Unders

5 KB Snatch  (each arm) (1.5pd / 1.0pd)

10 Jumping Lunges (L+R = 2)

6 T2B

30 Double Unders

5 KB Snatch  (each arm) (1.5pd / 1.0pd)

10 Jumping Lunges (L+R = 2)

20 Double Unders
