WoD for August 30th, 2013

Warm up: Burgener Warm-up

MOB: Shoulders & Wrists

WoD: “Oly Total” For Load

15’ to Find 1RM Snatch (any)
20’ to find 1RM (Squat) Clean & Jerk

Score = total from both lifts

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain / Quads

Coach’s Tip: B/c Saturday and Monday are going to be brutal, I’m throwing you guys a bone with this fun stuff.  Work on your technique early while you’re working with your warm-up weights so that you’re comfortable by the time the weight gets heavier.
