Air Squat
Push-up
Sit-ups

Technique: 15’ of Handstand Work (stands, push-ups, free standing, walking, and headstands)

WoD: 10 -> 1 Decreasing Ladder

Do 10 of each movement, then 9, down to 1

Pistols (L+R=2) a)Pistols holding on to something b) x3 Air Squats  c) x2 Air Squats
Ring Dips  a/b)  With bands  c) Bench dips
Flutter Kicks (L+R=2)  (x10)  (Do 100 the first round, 90 the next, down to 10 on the last round)

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain / Quads / Lax Shoulders & Triceps
