Sit-ups
Light KBS
Grasshoppers

MOB: Hip Mobility

WoD: 1 + 2 = (3) Rounds for Time
12 Burpees
12 KBS (1.5pd / 1.0pd)
12 Deck Squats (with a dumbbell is fine, if necessary)
12 Lunges (L + R = 2)
12 Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)

MOB: 4′ Screaming Pigeon, then Roll Glutes, Hams
