I know some of you don’t like your feet being over your head. So, let’s deal with it and get past it.

Group: 3 in 3
1 Wall Walk (or 2 Box HSPU) in 20 seconds
Push-ups
New Army Sit-ups

Skill: Headstands & Headstand progressions (or just getting inverted)

WoD: 4 Rounds for time:
20 Sledgehammers (L + R = 2)
10 Hand Release Push-ups
50 Flutter Kicks (L + R = 2)

MOB: Lax Shoulders/Chest
