WoD for December 16th, 2014

Warm up: Bergener Power Snatch

WoD: Every 90 seconds for up to 30 minutes

20 DUs (40 Singles)
1 Snatch (power or squat)

Notes: Start at snatch weight that will allow at least 7 made lifts… Each 90 Seconds, weight on the bar must go up by at least 5 pounds.

Score = Max Snatch lifted (no press out)

Cash out: Tabata Sit-ups

MOB: Roll Posterior Chain / Lax Shoulders / Mash Achilles
