WoD: For Time “GI Jane”
100 Burpee Pull-ups

MOB: Roll Quads / Lats

Coach’s Tip: Chest must touch ground and you need to find a bar that you have to jump to for your pull-up. If you’re using a band, you can do groups of 5 burpees before doing 5 pull-ups at a time.
