Group: Set up Bars Warm up lifts. KNOW YOUR WEIGHTS AHEAD OF TIME, or go in later heats while you do the math.

6-5-4-3-2-1 of:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight (BW) a) BW b) 3/4 BW c) <= 1/2 BW
Bench press: BW a) 3/4 BW b) 1/2 BW c) <= 1/4 BW
Squat Clean: 3/4 BW a) 1/2 BW b) 1/4 BW c) <= 1/8 BW

MOB: Roll lower torso / upper torso. Seriously.

Coach’s tip: Know your weights for each bar going into your WoD! We will run heats as needed with a 15′ cap per heat. So, if you’re in the second heat, know and have the weight you need ready to load. Also, help spot bench as necessary for the other heat(s).
