Group: Agility Ladder

Strength: Max weighted Pull-up

Review: Kipping Ring Dips

WoD: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

Run 400 meters
Max rep Ring Dips

Once you get on the rings, doing ring dips until you have to come off. Immediately begin your run. Upon entry to the house, wait as long as you want to begin your ring dips.

MOB: Lax Chest/Shoulders, Mash achilles and calves
