Static Handstand (against wall, if necessary)
Jumping Jacks
Inch Worms

MOB: Shoulders and Wrists

Strength: 15’ to find 5RM Push Jerk – Light but perfect

WoD: “Brenton”
Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

MOB: Lax Shoulders / Roll Posterior chain

Coach’s Tip: If you own wrist supports, bring’em! I’ll have a vest for anyone crazy enough to want to wear it…
