20 Air Squats
10 Wall Balls
10 Burpees

MOB: Hip Opener stretches

WOD: 100 Burpee Wall Balls for time (30 Minute Cap)

Frustration element: 5 DUs at the first and top of every minute until finished

MOB: 2’ Screaming Pigeon each leg
