Review: Kipping HSPU / Kipping Ring Dips

WOD: 21 – 15 – 9 for time:

HSPU a) 1 abmat ROM b) Bands c) Box HSPU
Ring Dips a/b) Bands c) Bench Dips

MOB: Mash triceps / Lax Shoulders

Coach’s Tip: Pace the early round b/c once your HSPU and Ring Dips go, they go. Lots of triceps use on this one, so be careful early!
