WOD: Snatch Ladder EMOM
Before each Snatch, do 10 DUs or 30 Singles before attempting a single snatch. The snatch ladder will start at 35# and progress up to 205#. You can muscle, power, or squat snatch each lift. If you do not get through 10 bars/minutes of snatches, please choose to do 15 of one of the three following movements:
Air Squats
Burpees
Muscle Ups
T2B, or
Mountain Climbers (L+R =1)
At each station through the 10th. You can choose the movement at the beginning of each minute for that station.
Score = heaviest completed Snatch
MOB: Roll Achilles, Posterior Chain
Coach’s Tip: Work on your technique on the lighter bars so that it’s ready when the bar gets heavy.
