Strength: 15′ to complete 3 x 3 @ 80% of your 1RM Bench Press

WoD: 50-40-30-20-10

Mountain Climbers (L+R = 2)
Abmat Sit-ups

MOB:  Lax Chest and Shoulders and Triceps (use a bar on a rack)
