Med ball kick-ups

Strength: 15′ to find 3RM Bench Press

WoD: For Total Time:
2 Rounds of:
20 Lunges (L+R = 2)
15 Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips

Rest 5 minutes exactly from the time you stop the first two rounds.

2 rounds of:
20 Lunges (L+R = 2)
15 Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips

Score = total time of the 4 rounds (including the 5 minute rest)

MOB: Lax Glutes / Triceps / Chest; Roll lats
