Coach’s Tip: If you don’t have your squat clean yet, a power clean to front squat will suffice. The burpee over the bar does not need to be bar facing today. Just chest and thighs to hit ground and then get yourself to the other side of the bar for the next one. You don’t have to stand straight up for it either, so keep’em moving!
