Review: Proper Rowing Technique

WoD: 5,000m Row for Time a) 5K b) 4,000m c) 2,000m

Please be ready to start at 15 after class start.

MOB: Roll Posterior

Coach’s Tip: Try to row the last 2500m faster than the first 2500m. That means PACE from the beginning, although you know you can go faster. This is 20-30 minutes worth of work, so be smart and don’t burn out early!
