Upward Ladder By 3s of:

Deck Squats

Do 3 Chest To Bars, then 3 Deck Squats. Then 6 C2B followed by 6 Deck squats. Continue until time runs out.

Score = total number of reps

MOB: Lax Lats / Quads; Stretch Abs
