In the first minute, Do 1 Goblet Squat, 1 Push-up

Every Minute Add on one more goblet squat and one push-up per minute. You can have the goblet squat ready, but don’t perform the squat until you hear the beep.
Keep going until you cannot complete the work in the time allotted.
