WoD: For time (15’ Cap)

100 “fluid” UB Wall Balls* (10/9) (20/14) a) 14/12 b) 12/10

*20 DUs / 60 Singles

Cash out: Tabata Sit-ups

Note: any time you drop or stagnate with the ball for more than a millisecond (resetting the ball upon catch is OK), stop and do 20 double unders or 60 singles before starting again. These don’t have to be unbroken. Rest as necessary before getting another big set with the wall balls.
